Due to the perishable nature of these products, returns or exchanges are accepted within one week to protect your health and safety. Fresh and chilled products, especially meat, require careful storage and transportation to maintain their optimal condition. We recommend that our customers inspect the product upon receipt to ensure its quality and safety before completing the delivery process.It is recommended to store meat in appropriate refrigerated conditions immediately upon receipt to ensure its quality. Regarding refund processing time: In the case of a cash refund, it may take up to seven business days for the refund to be processed, depending on the bank's procedures and the payment gateway used. We strive to expedite the process, but the timeframe primarily depends on the third party involved in the transaction.
